"We searched for a long time for dining chairs to match our existing table. We bought six chairs from Oliver and we are absolutely delighted with them.
They are well designed and beautifully crafted; they look great! Service from FUZL studio was excellent from start to finish and we thoroughly recommend the company."
We have a lot to be grateful for from this fantastic collaboration.
Claire and her team wanted something special to house some of her amazing homewares in her first shop on the Great Western Road in Glasgow.
After she described what she had in mind, we kinda sheepishly showed her some sketches of a modular shelving system we had in an old book.
Her response was amazing, she not only wanted us to make it, she wanted it in 4 weeks including install!
We made it on time, installing all 6 metres over two arrangements, and so was born our TOTEM modular shelving system.
Thanks again Claire, we had such fun working with you on this.
"@fuzl is an amazing design company with a true passion for stunning and innovative design
The attention to detail and the personal hands on service that is on offer sets this company apart from anyone else.
Personally as a retailer this is by far my favourite brand I have ever worked with In 28 yrs of retailing
The end product is of the highest quality and worth every single penny, Love @fuzl design !"
We were kindly introduced to Claire from IAMNOMAD by a mutual friend. Maggie said that she thought we might be good for each other... well what an understatment!
We hit it off right away, Claire agreed to have a selection of our furniture on display in her summer 'Open House', to which people are invited to come and check out her collection of wonderful things, furniture and home.
The resulting buzz about our new KIKO table and the re-animated Originals seats was wonderful for us.
Those chairs and tables went on to find a new home in Claire's first bricks and mortar store in Glasgow's happening West End.
"We love our new table from Fuzl, it is really special and unique. As soon as I saw the Kiko table I knew it had everything we were looking for. Stunningly sleek matt black wood, beautifully designed and deceptively compact for a table that can seat up to eight people.
Ordering it was straightforward and Oliver and his team could not have been more helpful from the moment of purchase, to making sure I was happy with the table in situ.
The table was delivered in four weeks, and it couldn’t have been easier to set up. In fact it is so straightforward that no tools or instructions are needed, everything glides into place. The workmanship of the table is second to none, and I couldn’t recommend Fuzl highly enough. They are obviously passionate both about their products and customer satisfaction - worth every penny."
Marcus and Gareth run a gallery space in Rye, East Sussex. You can visit any time of year and be sure to find a treasure-trove of wonderfully tasteful art, design and curiosities.
We had the good fortune to meet them both through mutual friends and the suggestion was made to put some FUZL furniture in the space.
We jumped at the chance to start a relationship with this exemplar of creativity on the south coast.
You can find them down on Cinque Ports Street, open most days of the week.
The finish is beautiful I love how you can still see the grain on the wood and has a matt finish. Amazing materials and love how the product is sustainable.
We were focussing on the development of our new table, later to be christened KIKO. We were in a latter phase of development but still some work to do...
Along came our friends at Folk Clothing with an interesting new opportunity. A new 600sqm shop in the - then - recently completed Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross needed dressing from the ground up.
We had just under 3 weeks till opening week and accepted the challenge to develop an entirely new modular system for clothing rails, shelves and 2.4m tables.
Three weeks later we showed up with completely untested designs for all three and a truck load of each!
All of the furniture we put in the shop has been kindly celebrated within the Folk network but it was the birth of the KIKO tables that we are most glad about.
Thanks for believing in us again Folk Clothing! We look forward to the next one...
We were invited to work with a couple of mad people who had decided to build their own home in Suffolk.
It was a long old project for them and when they reached the well deserved end, they wanted something truly unique for the centrepiece of their kitchen/dining space - right in the heart of their new home.
They were particularly interested in making use of a recycled plastic surface that was formed by melting down domestic cleaning product bottles.
What a challenge it was and the results were captured in the Channel 4 television program Grand Designs.
We were very proud to take part and have been invited back since to share a meal with them, what a privilege.
